Our Saturday night worship service is intentionally scheduled to ensure that everyone, regardless of their church affiliation, can join us in celebration. We hold baptisms on the first Saturday of each month. Join us every Saturday at 6:00pm.

Prayer Request

Join us every Wednesday night at 6:30pm for a powerful evening of worship, prayer, communion and the Word. This is a time for us to come together as a community, going deeper in our faith and exploring the richness of the Lord. Experience uplifting worship, heartfelt prayers, and meaningful discussions that will strengthen our connections with God and one another. MISSION, VISION, GOAL, PURPOSE

Serving in obedience to see lives transformed by the love of Jesus.

City Impact has a passion and desire to preach the gospel and fulfill the great commission of Jesus. We do this through building relationships and partnering with the local church, as well as those abroad, to unify God’s people to His heart and mission to bring transformation to our communities.

The NEED

Being a semi-rural community, Cedar Springs offers many wonderful opportunities for families and individuals to live, work, raise children, and thrive in our growing community. Although our city represents a diverse range of ages, incomes, walks of life; there still remains areas of great need. Due to our unique location, (just North of Grand Rapids in West Michigan,) we have become a hub for rental and lower income housing. As a result, many who live in the Cedar Springs community face various struggles to provide their own basic needs and services. In approaching these burdens, we believe it is a perfect opportunity for the church to step in to love and provide help where we can by serving in practical ways - being fueled by the LOVE of Jesus.

HOW we do it

We believe meeting physical needs of others in real tangible ways, motivated by love, and in response and obedience to the words of Jesus; “When I was hungry you fed me, clothed me, gave me shelter, unto the least of these you did it unto me.”

1 John 3

16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.17 If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? 18 Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.

What to EXPECT -partnering to serve with City Impact

Effectively SERVING our community is a full time job filled with multitudes of daily responsibilities. As for the various teams and individuals who take interest in partnering and serving on mission with us, your time spent will look like stepping into our daily structured adventures. Responsibilities may vary, but will include a blend of training, equipping, community outreach evangelism, prayer and physical work projects.

Our desire, for all who SERVE ON MISSION with us is to have a clear understanding of the WHY.

*What is the value and purpose of each avenue of Ministry and its practical application?

*What is my calling as an individual?

We believe and have experienced the fulfillment of what Jesus calls us all to do as his disciples is achieved through training and equipping the body of Christ for the good works HE uniquely created us all to do.

Therefore, our GOAL is community transformation. This will not happen without a personal transformation. Likewise a personal transformation will not happen without an encounter with the love of Jesus.

Our community will be a reflection on the outside of what has been transformed on the inside of our hearts.

It is evident this world needs Jesus! Everything we do at City Impact is with this singular purpose. Our ambition is to steward everything God has given us to build relationships while being continually fueled by God to sow seeds and reap a good harvest for eternity.

Matthew 25:40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, in as much as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

Grocery Garage is a food pantry designed to operate like a grocery store, serving over a 150 families a week. We are open every Thursday from 9:00am-11:00am. When you sign up, you will be assigned group A or B, allowing you to shop every other week. Additionally, you can shop weekly on Saturday nights after 6:00pm service.

Our team of disciples is addressing repairs and resolving issues for those in need. While our primary goal is to assist individuals, the repairs themselves are just a means to an end. We aim to bless people and positively impact their lives. Our mission is inspired by Matthew 28:19-20, which calls us to make disciples. City Impact’s Love Activated is a Power & Love evangelism class aimed at equipping and empowering us to fulfill God’s purpose for our lives. In this 10 week course, you will learn how to pray for others and share the love of Jesus. This class will inspire and motivate you to utilize the gifts you have been given.
